Color Me Orange

Another one of my favorite maxi dresses which I always wear on the sunniest summer days when it can shine even more. Actually not so bright orange color becomes almost the brightest neon with the touch of sun, and it makes me smile.

I usually style it with simple flat sandals and bag in muted colors to let the dress remain the main part of the outfit, however I add colorful (usually wooden) bold jewelry to balance the dominant color in order not to look like a huge orange. Hair style is also very important. I prefer a simple up-do to offset the voluminous dress.

By the way, this is a good way to go with any monochromatic dress when you feel that you’re getting lost in its color and you only see the dress when look in the mirror.
