Khaki Evening

Sometimes it takes me a while to create an interesting outfit. Sometimes the wind of inspiration is so strong that a great outfit idea is being born in my head in a matter of seconds. It’s especially convenient when you’re in a hurry. Like I was last Saturday when I had less than half an hour (can you imagine that?!) to get totally ready to leave the house for lunch with friends at my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I wanted to feel as comfortable as possible but still look sophisticated. The loose fit of these khaki pants and sweater helped with the former, the statement necklace and animal print loafers nailed the latter. And, of course, the hair, it’s always very important. I decided that a high bun was the best solution in this situation. So this outfit definitely did the job, didn’t it? What do you think?

It is also very easy to import the blogs that you follow on Google Reader to Bloglovin'. Just follow these simple steps:

1: Set up a Bloglovin’ account here. Skip this step if you already have an account.
2: Log in to Bloglovin', click here and follow the prompts.
3: Once the import is complete, you’ll be taken to Bloglovin' homepage where you’ll see all the recent posts from the blogs that were imported.
4: Enjoy the reading and get inspired!
