Ripped, distressed, destroyed - whatever you call these jeans – I just love them and always have. So I think you can imagine how happy I am that they’ve been back for a while now and believe me I take full advantage of this. :)
Today’s outfit (the third one representing my winter West Coast style, also see 1 and 2) features one of my favorite pairs of destroyed jeans that I scored from ASOS just before flying to California. This time I decided to mix some very feminine items with the very boyish ones. For me, pairing boyfriend jeans, especially with extreme rips like mine, with high heels is the safest combination when you want to wear this kind of denim but don’t want to be dressed like a tomboy. Hope you like the look!
What about you guys, do you like/wear destroyed jeans? How do you style them? I’d like to hear! :)
On another note, I’m crazy in love with these Schutz lace up booties! Despite such high heel, they are quite comfortable; in addition they are so versatile and will be a great addition to almost any kind of outfit as well as fit the feet of any width. Can’t wait for warmer days here in New York and wear these beauties again and again!

Loving the whole vibe of this outfit. I wear my ripped jeans either with my tangerine choos or else chunky air max. That jacket is fabulous - but one of those that I see in a shop and don't give a second glance to then it looks incredible on you!

That's the magical power of fashion/personal style blogs and I love it - you discover clothes you would never look at at a store and combinations you would never think of yourself. :)

This is the perfect look for a day at The Grove (I would know-- I live in LA for 8 years!)… The jeans are great- especially paired with the shoes (dresses them up a bit) and the jacket looks like such a special piece…. Great look!!!
